Responsibilities:
- Wide knowledge cross modules: steering system, rim and tire, vertical dynamics. Deep knowledge in structure component development.
- Follow up and root cause analysis regarding issues.
- Risk assessment / counter measurement proposal to leaders.
- Join regularly Launch meeting / status report meetings.
- Involve in PMP process and prepare related documents.
- Regularly attend workshop and input from deep knowledge in chassis module.
- Regularly join chassis module deep knowledge share meeting and contribute related component or share knowledge.
- Localization support: support local teams on system components localization topics, including troubleshooting, line trial, test support, sample parts management.
- Change process management: ensure release implemented in the target build phases and report the status to related circles.
- PMP management: problem investigation / analysis / containment / risk assessment.
- Join the launch meeting and share the status report.
- Prepare press event.
- Follow build phases, summary status and report to related circles.
- Test component procurement in system and follow up of part in house status.
- In charge of axle pre-assembly work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in vehicle engineering or similar subject area
- Use Catia software experience minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Design experience in axle carrier development experience minimum 5 years.
- Development experience in control arm with rubber bushing or hydraulic bushing with minimum 3 years.
- Vehicle project experience minimum 2 projects.
- Familiar with manufacture process.
- Familiar with vehicle assembly process.
- Familiar with Quality control method.
- Familiar with manufacture process.
- Expert in tightening process and parameter setup.
- Good English in writing and speaking.

要求：
-车辆工程或类似专业本科或以上学历
-使用Catia软件经验至少5年。
-至少5年车桥托架开发经验。
-3年以上橡胶衬套或液压衬套控制臂开发经验。
-车辆项目经验至少2个项目。
-熟悉制造工艺。
-熟悉车辆装配流程。
-熟悉质量控制方法。
-熟悉拧紧过程和参数设置。
-良好的英语读写能力
