主要工作职责 Job Description
1、负责制定或更新邮轮酒店物资采购渠道开发，所属平类物资的集采招标、日常的订单管理，交付确认，供应商管理，物流管理等相关采购业务。包括但不限于：
Responsible for formulating or updating the procurement channels for hotel supplies for cruise ships, centralized procurement tendering for related supplies, daily order management, delivery confirmation, supplier management, logistics management, and other related procurement tasks. Including but not limited to:
2、具有丰富的供应商渠道资源，负责采购部酒店类物资,邮轮家具采购业务流程及相关管理的完善。
Having rich supplier channel resources,Responsible for the development and improvement of Cruise ship hotel operation material、Cruise furniture procurement procedures and relevant institutions;
3、负责供应商和采购渠道的开发和与谈判，确保供应按时完成，同时监督保障计划外的采购需求，确保要快速交付。
Responsible for vendor development and negotiation, to ensure the timely completion of supplement, meanwhile, supervise the unscheduled needs from the end user , provides prompt reaction and ensure the delivery;
4、确保采购数量准确、品质合格、价格合理、到货及时，采购合同和采购记录细致准确。
Ensures accurate purchasing quantity, competent quality, reasonable price, timely delivery, and accurate purchasing contracts and records;
5、负责日常船舶物资采购订单的下发，管理和对账，确保订单交付完成，实施有效监控。
Responsible for issuing, managing, and reconciling daily ship supplies procurement orders to ensure timely delivery and effective monitoring;
6、负责完负责所属品类的大宗物资采购的集中采购和招标。
Overseeing centralized procurement and tendering for bulk commodities in assigned categories;
7、负责所属品类的供应商管理，包括资质审核、入库操作、年度评估等相关工作。
Responsible for the implementation of supplier management, including qualifications audit, registry, annual evaluation.
8、完成其他交办的任务。
Accomplishes other assignments from the superiors.

安全职责 Safety Responsibility
1、贯彻执行安全生产方针、政策、法规、规章制度及上级有关部门安全生产指令指示。Carry out safety production guidelines, policies, regulations, and rules, as well as safety production instructions of superior departments.
2、协助部门领导组织制订、修改本部门业务范围内安全相关规章制度，并监督检查制度执行情况。Assist the department head with organizing the formulation and modification of safety related rules and regulations within the business scope of the department and supervise and inspect the implementation of rules.
3、监督劳动保护、安全技术措施和隐患整改项目经费到位。Monitoring of labor protection, implementation of safety measures, and safety funding for the rectification of hidden hazards are in place..
4、协助部门领导提高本部门人员的安全意识和整体安全素质。Assist department head to improve safety awareness and overall safety quality of the department staff.
5、定期参加安全工作会议，及时解决存在的问题。Attend safety meetings regularly to solve problems in time.
6、确保安全生产所需物资及时供应。Ensure the timely supply of materials needed for safe production.
7、严格执行业务范围内相关安全法律、法规。Strictly implement relevant safety laws and regulations within the business scope.
8、及时报告发现的安全隐患。Timely report safety hazards.
9、参加安全培训和安全演练 Participate in safety training and safety drills.

任职资格 Qualification
1、学历背景：酒店类、管理类、航运类及物流类相关专业；
Education background: majoring in Hotel management, Business management, shipping and logistics related fields;
工作经验：5 年以上酒店物资采购，酒店家具采购或相关行业采购经历；
Work experience: more than 5 years of experience in hotel procurement management,hotel furniture procurement management or relevant procurement working experience;
2、核心能力：广泛的酒店家具采购供应商渠道，杰出采购和供应链管理技能采购技能，较强的成本管控和品质管控意识，良好的公关能力及合作精神，良好的合规意思和个人品德。
Maintaining extensive supplier channels for hotel procurement，Furniture procurement; demonstrating outstanding procurement and supply chain management skills; possessing strong cost control and quality control awareness; exhibiting excellent interpersonal and cooperative abilities; demonstrating good compliance awareness and personal integrity;
3、专业知识：熟练运用专业采购系统，熟悉市场调研、招投标管理、供应商评审、 交付标准控制、预算成本控制，进出口贸易等相关行业知识；
Professional knowledge: proficient performance in specific procurement e-system, familiar with market research, bidding management, vendor evaluation, delivery standard
control, budget and cost control, import and export and other related industry knowledge;
4、技能要求：具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力；具有良好的英语读、写能力，以及流利的口语交流能力。熟练的Excel等常用数据分析软件的操作技能。
Skills required: excellent communication and teamwork skills; good English reading and writing skills, as well as fluent oral communication skills. Proficient in the operation skills of commonly used data analysis software such as Excel.
5、品德要求：勤奋、诚实，廉洁。
