Essential responsibilities

• Implement global engagement initiatives as per agreed plan, using communications as key lever for connecting people

• Create communication content (articles, videos, presentations, podcasts, logos, infographics) in line with communication plan

• Publish key communication content internally and externally on regular basis.

• Responsible to maintain the Intranet page for the Business Group for content and updates

• Work closely with BG MD to deploy key people processes like Talent Review, Performance Management (STAR), DE&I, Engagement and retention at global level


• Support in designing, conducting talent reviews at global, regional level for regions and functions


• Prepare, key talent and organization reports, analytics

• Support through co-ordination of key initiatives for the business group with regional HR teams

• Actively engage in learning and deploying people processes at site level - E.g. Onboarding

• Design key internal employee communication and publish using various communication channels

• Actively participate in deployment of global communication forums like GMC (Global Management Committee)

• Manage key global and regional communications forums (Leadership Townhalls, Regional Events)

• Support regional divisions in the deployment of communication actions (Europe, Americas, China, Japan)

• Deploy and animate the employer brand internally and externally (publish content, assign ambassadors)


Desired candidate profile

• Bachelors / Masters degree. Previous experience in corporate / internal communications /TOD will be advantageous

• Strong English communication skills – Reading / writing and speaking.

• High learning agility

• Energy and drive

• Good skills to use MS Office tools – Excel / PowerPoint and Word

• Exposure to design tools – Adobe photoshop (or others) to create content will be highly preferred.

• Collaborative mindset to work across teams / regions
