-Responsible for providing back-office support to the Market Segment including answering telephone, email, issuing quotations and preparing documentation;
- Planning, coordinating audit dates and schedule with customer
- Responsible for providing back-office support to auditors, TD reviewers
Tasks:
?Planning projects
?Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services.
?Follow predefined internal process (create offers, open jobs, prepare template, archiving, send reports etc…)
?Send Pre-pack, PE packaging, CM packaging to relevant colleagues or mailbox;
?Create and print certificates based on WI in database;
?Prepare invoices and follow-up payment collection ;
?Responsible for internal coordination of projects delivered to customers with objective of ensuring customer satisfaction;
?Support internal or external audits;

Qualification
?2-5 years related working experience is preferred.
?Bachelor Degree holder
?Good in Mandarin and English.
?Basic technical knowledge of TIC industry and good understanding of service portfolio (Medical field preferred)
?Good time management and self-management
?Pleasant personality and good communication skills;
?Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality.
