Key Responsibilities：
1 Process vendors invoices and payment timely and accurately
2 Ensure I2P module close on schedule
3 Provide I2P reports, analysis and improvement suggestions
4 Ensure seamless delivery on the SLAs, OLAs and metrics for the I2P
5 Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the finance organization, as well as across multiple non-finance work streams under the services management framework
6 Drive collaboration with key functions/stakeholders, upstream and downstream, on all standardization, implementation, and enhancement initiatives to align and leverage cross-process opportunities with a focus on enhancing effectiveness and efficiency.
7 Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and statutory regulations
8 Stay abreast of current accounting, business process trends, and leading practices occurring in the industry to drive service excellence through via continuous processes/systems improvements.
9 Actively participate to build a culture of high performance, healthy collaboration, and rapid development
Requirements：
1 1 years of relevant experience in the Finance processes with a good exposure on the invoice to cash or invoice to pay domains. Fresh graduates are welcome.
2 Degree in Business-related field
3 Good understanding of related process design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes.
4 Willing to drive/apply creative solutions or improvements to existing processes
5 Demonstrated experience using data and insights to drive business performance and improvement
6 Understanding of shared services delivery, and process transformation will be a definite advantage
7 Knowledge on ERP (i.e. SAP) and other digital technologies is an definite advantage
8 Continuous improvement project experience is a plus
9 Good in read and written English is needed
10 Good in spoken English and knowledge in Spanish are definitely advantage
11 Work on the mid- shift (4:00 pm – 1: 00 am)
