Job Overview:
The Transcreation Manager is responsible for managing and directing cross-cultural and cross-lingual creative translation projects to ensure that brand messages are accurately and attractively communicated across different markets and cultures.

Main Responsibilities：
1. Manage and direct the language team and resources to ensure smooth collaboration among team members and jointly accomplish project goals.

2. Comprehensively control the progress, quality, and budget of translation projects, ensuring that every detail meets standards and delivering high-quality outcomes on time.

3. Develop and manage the language team by creating a stimulating environment that maximizes the team’s potential and supports the continuous improvement of team members’ professional skills and creativity.

4. Maintain close communication with client teams and production teams to gain deep insight into client needs and ensure content delivered meets and exceeds client expectations.
与客户团队及制作团队保持紧密沟通，深入洞察客户需求，确保交付的内容满足并超越客户的期望。
5. In-depth understanding of the target market's culture, language habits and market trends in order to provide content that is in line with the brand's tone and resonates with the target audience.

6. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new projects, provide professional insights and strategic advice in localization and transcreation to build a solid foundation for project success.

要求：
1. 至少五年翻译/语言PM工作经验，最好具备计算机、软件相关领域经验
2. 具备一定的client facing能力
3. 英语专四或专八
