工作描述 Brief Description and Service Responsibly:
1. Support line manager for star partner program, including data maintenance and guide sales for planning, rewarding mechanism design and monthly communication with sales team
2. Arrange meeting for monthly communication with sales teams.
3. Support on campaign mechanism design, store data collection and communicate with sales
4. Manage sales contract & agreement and ensure the timly stamp and correct filing.
5. Complete other ad hoc tasks related to sales operations such as providing related data, information and analysis support on above mentioned 1-3 items to other commercial teams, etc.
岗位要求Skills and qualifications required:
1. University Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in the roles such as business analysis, finance analysis or customer services.
2. Strong analytical, process improvement and problem solving skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong technology skills using :Excel, Powerpoint, Access
5. Quick learner and adapter.
6. Highly efficient, organized and ability for multiple tasking.
7. Good Interpersonal skills – Role requires lot of interaction with commercial and cross functional teams.
