Job Description
HOYUAN is running 4 factories with vertically integrated PV industrial chain from crystalline silicon, solar cells to solar panels. Now we are establishing Global sales team, join us to let our products make the world greener and better.

Reporting directly to the President of Sales center, your primarily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Overall responsible for business develop in areas of all overseas include EU / LATAM / APAC.
 Drive sales service business to increase the company's market share in responsible region.
 Formulate and implement the sales strategy plan to achieve both sales targets and company's objectives
 Manage together customer care
 Build up sales team, lead, coach and develop highly productive teams to create a company-wide culture of customer success

The Successful Applicant
 MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
 Previous experience in solar panel or inverter or PV related products sales
 Proven track record in a large teams through transformation in a competitive environment
 Excellent leadership and communication skills with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mind-set

What's on Offer
The role is based in Suzhou/Wuxi. The successful candidate will be entrusted to manage the sales team. And companies would share an competitiveness commission.
