This pivotal role involves book keeping of our HQ branch, reconciliation of intercompany transactions, reviewing AR aging and preparation of audit documents. The candidate may also overseeing monthly closing of China branches and become key user of new financial system.
Responsibilities:
1) In charge of HQ branch bookkeeping, monthly/annual closing and financial reports preparation.
2) Overseas AR/AP settlement by daily.
3) Reconcile intercompany transactions monthly.
4) Provide support on branch monthly closing
5) Review AR aging of key customers and update the feedback from OP team.
6) Preparation and coordination of annual statutory audit & internal audit
7) Others ad hoc assigned.
Requirements:
1) College degree or above with major in Finance or Economy.
2) More than three years of GL Accounting experience in Logistics Company.
3) Experience with ERP in Logistics Company is highly preferable.
4) Have a deep understanding of accounting standards and tax policies.
5) Good English reading and writing skills.
6) Independent with open mind and embracing the change.

岗位要求：
1） 大专及以上学历，财务或经济相关专业。
2） 三年以上物流货运公司的总账会计经验。
3） 使用过物流行业ERP为佳。
4） 对会计准则及税务政策有较深的了解。
5） 良好的英语读写能力。
6） 独立思考和解决问题的能力，性格开朗勇于接受新事物和变革。
