Main Responsibility:
Assist leader for CRM system design optimization for brand site & Commerce platforms;
Support on CRM campaigns set-up and activation, operation to improve recruit & retain.
Work on Ali data bank /Social CRM on WeChat with data insights and implication.
Responsible for fulfillment operations: often collaborate with sales, logistic, admin team;
Take care of all the administrational work in CRM team as sample forecasting, budget allocation, purchase order tracking, etc.

Profiles We are looking for:
Holder of a Bachelor's degree is required
2-3 years’ experience in CRM , CRM experience in cosmetics industry is a PLUS
Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
Good learning agility, good sense of figures
Detail oriented, responsible and diligent
