Roles & Responsibilities:
1.To support corporate secretarial services, such as maintenance of clients’ stamps and licenses, documents stamping according to clients’ authorization matrix, etc.
2.To assist in the full spectrum of corporate services related issues for foreign invested companies, such as change of legal representative /director /supervisor, increase capital, relocation and etc.
3.To involve in outbound investment filings for Chinese companies expanding to overseas countries
4.To correspond with government authorities and clients and handle queries from clients
5.Commitment to excellent client service and an ability to interact and work effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels
6.To handle client relationships and ongoing management of new / existing clients
7.Other adhoc tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in law, English, secretary, management or international trade
2.CET 4, TEM 4 or equivalent level, good written and oral English skill
3.Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
4.Knowledge of company law, foreign investment law, enterprise incorporation and liquidation procedures preferred
5.Experience in a consulting environment is a definite advantage
6.Similar working experiences in consulting firm a paralegal experience in law firm are highly appreciated
7.Well organized, self-motivated team player
8.Good analytical, problem solving, report writing and presentation skills
9.Ability to work under high pressure and adapt into dynamic working environment
