工作职责 Principal Accountabilities：

1. 建立计算表格Create Calculation sheet：
1.1 对还没有进入SchüCal的本土开发的系统， 建立基于Excel的计算表格，获得包括型材，隔热条， 五金，玻璃尺寸清单和价格等；
For these local developed systems which have not been entered SchüCal, creating the calculation sheet (based on Excel) for all optional types - including articles for profile, insulation bar, fittings, glazing size and window quotation etc.;
1.2 汇总物品清单并可导入SchüCal进行材料切割优化，产品包装优化并生成订单；
Gather all these data to be final imported to SchüCal to optimize material cutting list and packaging list and finally summitting purchase order;
1.3 确保各类计算表格数据汇总的准确性和完整性。
Ensure the accuracy and integrity for all kind of types of calculation sheets and summarized data.
2. 产品设计 Product design and improvement：
2.1 负责旭格指定的新产品的研发设计；
Take up development of appointed product;
2.2 根据市场需求，分析现有产品的缺点提出改善设计方案；
According to the market requirement, analysis the weakness of the current product and offer the improvement purpose;
2.3 结合市场趋势，客户需求,协同研发设计创新产品；
According to market tendency and client’s demands, co-operation to develop and design innovation products.
3. 项目管理 Project management：
3.1 创建指定项目的定义、计划，负责项目的实施，总结；
Create project definition, project planning, in charge of executing Project and project close;
3.2 跟进和回顾项目相关状态，并为产品发布提供完整的相关工作；
Follow up and review project related status, and providing therewith an whole package for product launch;
3.3 项目中的部门沟通和协调，会议组织和实施。
Communicate and co-ordinate during the whole project, organization and hosting the meeting.


任职资格 Knowledge & Skills Required：

1. 本科以上学历，工程类或理工科专业毕业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or Science and Engineering;
2. 具有使用AutoCAD熟练使用能力，包括3D，熟练使用Excel, VBA ，有国内外门窗幕墙材料计算如Windowmaker，Klase，ORGADATA等工程软件使用和编辑经验优先；
AutoCAD skill experienced, including 3D, good at application on Excel, VBA, experience of application/ editing in engineering software for material calculation such as Windowmaker, Klase, ORGADATA preferred;
3. 技术背景，1-3年铝合金门窗行业工作经验，有产品研发、项目管理合经验优先；
Technical background with 1-3 year experience in aluminium door and window industry, experience of Product development, project management is preferred;
4. 熟悉国内外的门窗幕墙的相关标准；
Familiar with relational regulation about window and door and Façade in China and European;
5. 对新兴事物具有兴趣者，爱学习优先；
Have fun with different NEW and willingness to learn new things is preferred;
6. 具有一定的英语能力，大学英语4级及以上。
Good at English, CET 4 or above level.
