Purpose
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in supporting the development and expansion of SANY Group’s globalization strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to:
1) Partnership with Group HR team and global business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies
2) With deep understanding of global talent market, a key contributor and advisor on global talent forecast and talent acquisition
3) A key member on global talent network building up and enhancement, to create a roadmap of an organic environment for talent scout and development
4) Establish a team with strong capabilities on talent sourcing, recruitment process execution and optimization, usage of tools and systems, as well as vendors management
5) An ambassador of company in front of candidates with a deep understanding and recognition on SANY culture and best practices
Responsibilities:
1) Work with senior business team and Group HR to develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for global business and talent globalization
2) Explore and establish efficient channels to execute full-cycle recruitment
3) Personally and cultivate a team to do talent scout, to play a role of strong influencer and process controller in talent acquisition, while with the capability to do professional approach, competency based interview, hiring process control
4) Internal policy and process optimization or reengineering to effectively guarantee global openings on time fulfillment
5) Provide reporting and recruitment data analytics to ensure decisions are data driven and supported
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) With global recruitment experience or oversea working experience
3) Proven success in directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines
4) Proven track records of successfully building, inspiring and managing a recruiting team, skillful in leadership role
5) Mindset of “Solution Provider”, ability to remain calm under pressure, to multi-task, to roll your sleeves up, to be client focused, and to adapt in a fast changing environment
6) Efficient to produce reports, presentation, data analysis and others
7) Fast learner and open minded, high level of resilience, and strong execution ability
