Key Accountabilities
- Maintains the regular operation of the ESOP platform
- Provide daily support for the IBMP platform
- Enhancing existing operational practices and management systems
- Engage in system experience, rectification, and optimization


Skills & Experience
- Having experience in operating platforms and working in the financial sector
- Experience in the relevant field for at least one year
- Strong technical background
- Strong data processing and analysis skills
- Full-time undergraduate and above
- Experience in large-scale internet and financial projects is preferred
- Proactive, logical thinker, good communicator, good team player, strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stress management skills
