Key Responsibilities
 Develop digital platform/product in-house development goals, roadmap and performance metrics aligned with China digital priorities
 Oversee end-to-end product development cycle, from concept to release, ensure product quality, reliability and performance
 Collaborate with cross-functional team, including digital platform manager, solution architect, digital head to support definition & optimization of product requirements and functional specification
 Explore emerging technology (e.g. Chatgpt) to enhance product offerings and stay competitive in the market
 Build and lead a high-performing platform/product in-house development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
 Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, project prioritization and evolving product release to ensure timely and high-quality product development
 Ensure adherence to industry/corporate standards, and best practices throughout development cycle
 Conduct research and feasibility study to identify potential technology partnership


Qualification:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
 Above 15 years managing complex software development, database, and operational projects as a Project Management, Development, or Quality Assurance lead
 Deep understanding on software development architecture, e.g., Micro-service, Docker, API gateway, high concurrency
 Agile product development experience, preferably driving or participating in Scrum product delivery teams
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong understanding of both client-server and web application development concepts.
 Knowledge in project management with experience managing multiple complex projects, schedules, resources, scope and performance analytics in a fast paced and dynamic environment (Agile/Scrum)
