Job description
1. Collaborate with the destination market, supervise the end-to-end logistics channel and process, extract logistics data, analyze the operations, and identify improvement opportunities.
2. Summarize, develop, and implement solutions to optimize operations performance.
3. Coordinate and lead service providers to resolve issues and disputes.
4. Evaluate the capacity of service providers and propose volume allocation to ensure smooth transportation in proper cost & lead time.
5. Help to manage service provider contracts and audit service provider bills.


Requirement
1. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
2. Capable of handling details and having strong ownership of the task is a must.
3. Quick learner, be sensitive to numbers, have good data analysis skills.
Academic background from a reputable university is a plus.
4. 2 years of working experience on Cross border e-Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain will be a plus.
