Key Responsibilities:
1: Calibration
- Prepare calibration plan.
- Monitor the calibration status for all monitoring and measuring equipment.
- Implement internal calibration.
- Technical support for calibration, monitoring and measuring equipment selection.
- To create calibration specifications and guidelines.
2: Monitoring and Measuring devices management
- Drive risk assessment when there is a calibration failure or when the tester is broken.
- To support the user in the selection of testing equipment.
- To release monitoring and measuring equipment.
- Regular review and update the document which is related to calibration process.
3: Calibration laboratory management
- Optimize calibration workflow based on the status.
- 5S implementation and improvements.
- To develop or optimize calibration methods.
Requirements/Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree preferably in electronic or mechanical major. (College degrees and other majors are acceptable for candidates with extensive Calibration experience).
2. Fluent in reading, writing and oral English.
3. Strong communication skills, strong logical thinking, and teamwork spirit.
4. 3+ years of experience in calibration laboratories, with preference for experience in IATF16949/ IEC17025.
