Job Responsibility:
• Give accurate and timely assist to sales team, operation team for contract execution;
• Collaborate professionally with Operation Team, Finance Team, IT team and other
related teams to assure contract compliance, internal procedures and policies
adherence for the projects delivered in Japan;
• Provide assistance to Sr. Staff Counsel as needed;
• Conduct day to day work with integrity and responsibility.


Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in law and Lawyer qualification
• Japanese language skill:
Native equivalent Japanese language skill for reading, writing, speaking and listening.
• English language skill:
Effective written and verbal communication skills. CET-4 or above is preferable.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Understanding and acclimatizing Japan business culture and Japan business custom.


Preferred Qualification and Experience:
• 5+ years of proven experience as a staff counsel or contract compliance manager in
business environment for Japan market.
• Review customer agreements, procurement agreements and other commercial legal
documents to ensure full legal rights for Concentrix legal entities in Japan;
