职责描述
全面深入开展公司全球业务-并全面负责渠道营运的管理工作；
负责搭建和完善销售体系，扩大直销/经销商/大KA及符合渠道以及自营渠道管理
协助创始人制定公司的经营战略，并根据公司经营战略规划拟定市场战略规划和营销战略规划，制定年度实施计划，并负责监督、控制与实施；
对销售业绩负责，根据区域市场特点，制定相应的销售管理方案，以确保销售目标的达成；
全面负责空白市场的开拓，负责市场营销活动的策划、方案制定及推广；
配合创始人处理好与公司重大客户的关系，负责公司重要客户和特殊客户的业务谈判、合同签订，维护和拜访；
负责对行业标杆、竞争企业、市场动向调研分析，组织拟订公司重大营销策划方案，经创始人审批后负责组织实施；
协助完成运营审计，建立业务运作体系，提升业务营运效益；
拟定公司品牌发展策略，组织搭建品牌管理工作体系，建立与维护公司产品品牌的定位；
提升公司竞争力，从市场角度提出合理化建议。
理想的求职者
10年及以上全球区域机器人，高客单价3C电子/智能家居领域销售管理经验，其中有过大中小型企业的销售/营销管理优先考虑
完成过创新型或高护成河产品的商业闭环
对市场信息反应的敏锐度高，掌控能力强；具有企业发展运营的敏锐力及分析力；
有过全球化销售运营管理的成功案例，对机器人/高客单价3C电子/智能家居业态有自己独到的见解；
熟悉当下相关行业动态，并能根据当下流行趋势制定新的发展产品和战略方向
善于企业运营规划，能给企业带来盈利及持续性发展；
具备良好的沟通协调能力、风险管理能力、客户服务能力与组织管理能力；
大专及以上学历，具备全新团队搭建和协调能力。对公司业绩，经营，和损益负责
具有极强的敬业精神，具备出众的领导管理才能和良好的行业管理理念，熟悉先进的企业管理模式；
有强烈的成功欲望和实现自我的事业心，富有探索和开拓精神，学习欲望及学习能力强；
全日制本科及以上学历，中英文流利
