作为审计负责人，您将负责领导和监督大型鞋服生产集团内部的审计和合规职能。您将与公司高级管理团队紧密合作，建立和维护有效的内部审计和控制框架，以支持业务目标，识别并降低风险，并确保符合相关法规和标准。
主要职责：
审计策略与计划：
制定和实施与公司长期目标和风险状况相一致的内部审计策略。
制定年度审计计划，覆盖所有关键业务领域，包括制造、供应链、财务和运营。
监督审计的执行，并确保遵守既定程序和方法论。
风险管理和合规：
识别、评估和监控可能对公司的财务、运营和声誉完整性构成威胁的潜在风险。
设计并实施控制机制，以缓解风险并加强治理流程。
确保遵守相关法规，包括财务报告、反腐败和环保政策。
内部控制体系：
评估和改进现有内部控制体系的有效性。
提出改进政策和流程的建议，以提高运营效率并降低错误或欺诈的可能性。
与业务部门紧密合作，确保内部控制嵌入日常运营中。
审计报告与沟通：
准备并向高级管理层提交审计报告，突出关键发现、建议和行动计划。
确保及时向利益相关者传达审计结果和状态更新。
根据审计发现，向业务部门提供指导和建议，以改进流程和系统。
团队领导与发展：
领导和管理审计专业团队，提供指导、培训和发展机会。
在审计团队内培养持续学习和专业发展的文化。
确保审计团队具备有效履行职责所需的技能和资源。
利益相关者管理：
建立并维护与关键利益相关者（如董事会、高级管理层和外部审计师）的有效关系。
作为审计职能与其他部门之间的联络人，促进沟通和协作。
职位要求：
财务管理、会计、工商管理或相关专业本科学历。
至少10年内部审计或合规领域的工作经验，其中至少5年担任领导职位。
有制造行业，特别是鞋服行业的工作经验者优先。
精通英文（书面和口语）。
优秀的分析能力，能够识别趋势、模式和潜在风险。
强大的领导力和人际交往能力，能够在各级利益相关者中施加影响力和建立联系。
熟悉审计软件和工具，以及ERP和财务报告系统。
拥有注册内部审计师（CIA）或相关认证者优先。
熟悉监管合规框架，包括GDPR和其他数据隐私法规。
能够独立工作并在压力下管理多个项目和审计。
具备批判性思维和提出创新解决方案的问题解决能力。
