1.Product Costing and ICP simulation
Provide timely and accurate cost simulation to support project and business.
2.Monthly Closing, Reporting and Analysis
Lead controlling team to perform monthly closing and submit management report in time.
Perform cost variance analysis by product, machine centers and process to Highlight major deviations for initiating corrective action plans.
3.Budgeting and Forecasting
Collaborate with other departments to develop and update annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting in a most accurate way.
4.Cost Monitoring and Controlling
Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Identify areas of cost reduction and implement cost control measures.
5.Stock Valuation and Management
Responsible for quarterly stock valuation and yearly stock taking.
6. Investment and Capital Management
Responsible for ROI calculation and provide information for investment decision making, Tracking investment spending and investment portfolio.
7. KPI Coordinating and Monitoring
Collect KPI from all function, and report in organization in a timely manner.
8. Lead the controlling team
Coaching, planning, assigning controlling team work, communicating with
cross team to resolving problems.
9. Other Jobs
Closely work together with Accounting team to make sure FiCo team works as a whole;
Responsible for internal audit and external audit for costing part;
Other ad hoc jobs assigned by supervisors.
