Job Responsibilities:

--- Responsible for the overall planning and scheme formulation of the project;
--- Establish the overall project management system, organize the formulation of project management procedures and regulations;
--- Form and manage the project team, clarify team responsibilities, and ensure efficient team collaboration;
--- Fully responsible for the management and coordination of the project, and ensure the realization of the project goals.
--- Communicate closely with the design, construction and supervision unit of the project to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
--- Communicate closely with Client's management and departments, as well as the company's internal departments, to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
--- Monitor the progress, quality, and cost control of the project, and ensure that the project proceeds according to plan.
--- Coordinate and resolve problems and risks in the project, and work with all parties to develop countermeasures to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
--- Identify and analyze project risks at various stages of the project, and formulate risk management measures.

Desired experience and technical skills:

--- Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, engineering, or related fields.
--- At least15-20 years of project delivery experience, preferred rich experience in owner-side management of super-high-rise office building construction projects.
--- Preference for managing projects over 300 meters in height. with the ability to coordinate with structure and MEP engineers and engineering consultants, and with experience in construction administration.
--- ---Familiar with the Chinese high-rise building codes, construction process, relevant laws and regulations, and standards of super-high-rise office building projects.
-- Possesses strong organizational and management skills, able to lead a team to efficiently complete project management tasks.
-- Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with all parties involved in the project.
-- Possesses strong problem-solving and analysis skills, able to quickly respond to unexpected situations in the project.
-- Has high standards for architectural details and quality.
-- Has strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
--- A first-class construction license is proffered.
