Responsibilities:

• This position will be ART coach to facilitate ART events and processes and support teams in delivering value.

• Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk and drive relentless improvement.

• Facilitate ART practices and PI execution.

• Adapt SAFe to PMT’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices.

• Be responsible for facilitating PI Planning, help the ART prepare for PI planning and facilitate the PI planning event

• Support PI Execution, track progress, facilitate periodic synchronization events, support ART backlog refinement, Promote DevOps and Continuous Delivery, Assist Business Owner

• Coach the ART and Team events and practices, coach with powerful questions, coach ART roles.

• Optimize Flow and Improve the flow of value, facilitate value stream mapping

• Establish pull systems to optimize the flow of value and establish ART flow measures

• Reduce or eliminate cross-team dependencies.

• Drive relentless improvement and leverage the SAFe core competency self-assessments


Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

• Excellent knowhow in automotive development business

• 5-7 years above working experience of Release Train Engineer or Agile coach or similar Agile role applying Agile principles and approaches.

• Excellent communication, presentation , facilitation and coaching skills.

• Excellent written/verbal in English

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies, agile related certificates preferred (CSM, SAFe scrum master, SAFe agilist, ACP etc.)

• Proved experiences and Strong skills in Agile(SAFe) as STE.

• Ability to promote positive team collaboration within the team and other teams.

• Experience of l growing agile teams.

• Proficient with Kanban

• Familiar with DevOps is a plus

• Familiar with Jira is a plus

• Familiar with software development is a plus

• Familiar with Automation Test is a plus
