The KD Logistics Developer is responsible for planning and implementing logistics projects in close collaboration with the line organization for KD area. It can involve participating in the development of the KD process, equipment and flows within business processes, as well as responsibility for the introduction of new technology for KD area. Duties are therefore largely based on participation in ongoing change management projects. The job may also involve some deviation management tasks.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
Building up material facades and defining material flows as well as continuously improving the efficiency of the KD area
Assisting projects in order to create the most efficient solutions for the future as well as today.
Develops new methods, adapt new KD flows and packaging demands and are involved in both long term and short term projects.
Develop and Implement equipment and solutions to KD process
Supporting the line organization in day-to-day development of existing work methods and processes and problem-solving in case of deviations in the daily process.
Support the development and management of flows for all packaging as well as special packaging for KD area
Cooperation and Development with Global KD teams and organizations in order to fulfill customers requirements

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree or above in engineering area
More than 3 years experience in a multinational and manufacturing company
More than 3 years working experience in Logistics Development area
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Project management experience and ability
Strong internal drive and learning ability
Strong communication and problems solving skills
Fluent English in written and oral.
Good skills within Office , Software Word, Excel, Power Point and be skilled in Digitalization tools like Power BI
Enthusiastic in work and with strong motivation and responsibility.
