岗位职责：
1. Collaborate closely with the Game Director to establish and communicate the marketing vision and tone for each product launch, utilizing a mix of imagery, gifs, and bespoke marketing assets.
与产品端密切合作、沟通，根据营销策略和产品基调，综合运用图像、gif和定制化产品素材，支持产品宣发；
2. Produce engaging videos for our game Sky Strikers. Build the plan, discuss budgets, directly craft the video and lead external collaborations if external partners are needed.
保证VR产品的视频输出，包括不限于制作计划、预算、制作等，同时支持其他内部需求的视频输出；
3. Deliver quality projects on time, ensuring your teammates and partners look forward to working with you again.
对视频输出的品质和时效性负责；
4. Evaluate our content and present new ways of improving it. Be candid and proactive when offering this feedback.
对产品输出内容和呈现方式，进行及时改善，沟通积极；

任职要求：
1. 2+ years of video production and graphic design experience in games, film, tv, or animation.
2年及以上的视频制作和平面设计经验，擅长游戏、电影、TV、动漫类优先；
2. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
本科及以上；
3. Experience navigating tight schedules and multiple requirements
有能力支持多线任务、懂规划、懂视频排期管理；
4. Genuine passion for VR games and a keen understanding of Western market dynamics and social media trends that resonate with our target audience.
对VR项目有热忱，懂目标用户，对西方主流社媒有清晰认知；
5. Good communicator. Proficiency with verbal english skills is a must
