Basic Accountabilities:

1. Take part in production tests definition and documentation for NPI and NPD projects.

2. Online test system development, debug, and supplier management

3. Flying probe system programing for PCBA test

4. PCBA tests data analysis and optimization

5. Universal on-board programing system development and automation.

6. Universal EOL test system programing and fixture development.

7. Automation of universal EOL test system.

8. Specialized EOL test system programing and fixture development.

9. EOL tests data analysis and optimization.

10. Test system documentation.

11. Provide training of test system

Qualification Requirement:

1. BS or above in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or other related majors

2. Familiar with electronic products production tests.

3. 8+ years working experience as test engineer in production test.

4. Experienced in testing and qualification for high volume industrial products.

5. Skilled in using NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows CVI, Python.

6. Skilled in using measurement system, testing equipment & tools, and defect tracking system.

7. Knowledge in Lean, failure mode analysis.

8. Very good English skills is mandatory.

9. Working experience in European or US. MNC is preferred.
