岗位职责：
1. 根据公司发展规划，制订部门工作计划并监督执行，定期对本部门工作进行总结回顾。
2. 负责整个部门运营管理体系的搭建和实施，各类作业标准、管理制度、流程的制定，并对储运系统的所有设备维护、安全措施、质量管控、5S管理进行规划运行。
3. 成品储存管理：全面负责成品管理、物流及发货管理，确保加强成品周转控制，降低成品管理成本。
4. 全面负责生产计划编制、跟进和过程控制，客户计划的协调和评审，保证生产的连续性，负责相关费用的成本核算、报表制作及其成本控制。
5. 物料管理：全面负责工厂物料的编码、数据统计处理等，组织及时调整物料库存和申购策略，库存量监控，呆滞料预防、控制和定期处理。
6. 根据业务情况规划部门人力资源，协助部门人员招聘、培训发展、绩效考核以及团队建设。
7. 同各部门高效沟通协作，掌握并准确传达生产运营等相关信息，安排储运计划工作，确保各环节工作得以正确执行，保证部门日常工作有序高效开展。
8. 负责库存周期性盘点、核查盘点准确性，及时完善盘点报告及差异分析。
9. 负责立体库设施设备的运行维护管理。
10. 实时掌握各类动态，制订审查各类报表，定期进行储运及生产协调工作分析。
11. 及时处理日常运作中供应商的质量问题和供应问题并及时反馈给相关部门，建立健全供应商管理机制。
12. 负责SAP系统数据维护并确保其正确性，负责本部门的流程改进、节能降耗等工作。
13. 领导安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，仓库管理、物流等相关专业。
2. 英文听说读写流利。
3. 五年以上大型外资或合资企业仓库管理经验，快消品行业优先。
4. 优秀的领导力和影响力。
5. 优秀的分析解决问题的能力、谈判能力、跨部门沟通协调能力
6. 熟练操作SAP系统

Responsibilities:
1. According to the development plan of the plant, formulate departmental work plans and supervise their implementation, and regularly summarize and review the work of the department.
2. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the entire department's operational management system, the development of various operational standards, management systems, and processes, and the planning and operation of all equipment maintenance, safety measures, quality control, and 5S management for the storage and transportation system.
3. Finished product storage management: Fully responsible for finished product management, logistics, and shipping management, ensuring strengthened finished product turnover control and reducing finished product management costs.
4. Fully responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and process control of production plans, coordination and review of customer plans, ensuring the continuity of production, and responsible for cost accounting, report production, and cost control of related expenses.
5. Material management: Fully responsible for coding, data statistics and processing of factory materials, organizing timely adjustment of material inventory and purchase strategies, inventory monitoring, prevention, control, and regular processing of obsolete materials.
6. Plan department human resources based on business situation, assist in department personnel recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and team building.
7. Efficiently communicate and collaborate with various departments, grasp and accurately convey production and operation related information, arrange storage and transportation planning work, ensure the correct execution of various links, and ensure the orderly and efficient development of daily work in the department.
8. Responsible for periodic inventory counting, verifying inventory accuracy, and timely improving inventory reports and variance analysis.
9. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of three-dimension dimensional warehouse facilities and equipment.
10. Real time mastery of various dynamics, formulation and review of various reports, and regular analysis of storage, transportation, and production coordination work.
11. Timely handle quality and supply issues with suppliers in daily operations and provide timely feedback to relevant departments, establish and improve supplier management mechanisms.
12. Responsible for maintaining SAP system data and ensuring its correctness, responsible for process improvement, energy conservation, and consumption reduction in the department.
13. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor's degree, Major in warehouse management, logistics, and related fields.
2. Fluent in Spoken and written English.
3. Minimum five years of experience in warehouse management in large foreign-funded or joint venture enterprises, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
4. Excellent leadership and influence.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Negotiation ability;Strong communication ability in cross-function.
6. Proficient in operating SAP systems.
