工作职责：
检查业务团队提交的系统申请或预选付款，管理单一媒体类型或重点品牌客户媒体付款全流程状态，在系统中进行记录并更新付款、消耗、余额情况；
管理媒体供应商发票入库及核销，协助主管制定支付计划，协助主管定期冲销预付款安排；
协助法务审核媒体合同并维护合同登记；
协助维护电商和储值类客户关联模块；
需要与业务团队及资源管理中心有效沟通；
需要登录财务系统进行交易跟踪；
协助主管服务客户审计及集团内部审计；
其他临时调配的紧急安排
任职要求：
财务或会计本科学历；
2年以上财会工作经验，广告、媒体或市场营销行业优先，
对品牌敏感，熟悉美妆类、快消类品牌认知度，
责任心强，逻辑思维清晰，注重细节；
心态积极，上进心强，学习能力强，能承受工作压力；
较强的沟通能力和时间管理能力；
熟练使用微软办公软件，尤其是EXCEL和WORD
良好的英语听说读写能力，英语CET四级及以上。
