Major Responsibilities:

□ Skills and Determine / refine Customer Statement of Requirements.

□ Review and participate on the approval of Customer and suppliers quotes from Total Cost Perspective.

□ Develop and apply a Total Cost Model for Business Case Analysis that comprehends: Logistics Cost (inbound and outbound ), customs and duties, Containerization, Total Value Stream Inventory Level dollar value, Communications and IT system Requirements, Total Inventory carrying cost value and premium factor based on historical data.

□ Lead the development of Containerization plan for internal/external suppliers and customers for every new project.

□ Actively Participate in the Project Reviews and Design Reviews as required by PDP.

□ Maintain and track Project Timing for PC&L deliverables.

□ Review the final customers and suppliers contracts and make sure all related PC&L stipulations are in line with the company policies and there are no missing information. Follow the contract review checklist.

□ Create PFEP, MFP, Material Movement Plan, Logistics Plan, Ordering Plan, Inventory Plan, etc..

□ Upload and maintain Master Part Data into MRP/ERP system

□ Develop a production ramp up plan and present it on the MFP

□ Develop a Production Plan and prepare Manufacturing Schedule.

□ Validate scheduling and pull system of suppliers to satisfy manufacturing requirements in advance of SOP

□ Develop and execute the PC&L portion of the change implementation plan.

□ Develop a PC&L OS.

□ Projects as assigned by manager


Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

□ Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

□ Excellent English. Good communication skills

□ 3-5 years experiences in: production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management,

□ .Strong PC and systems skilled

□ Good analytical and problem solver skills.

□ Functional Expertise

□ Integrating/Functioning Globally

□ Organized and disciplined.

□ Very high level of interpersonal communication skill

□ Strong strategic thinking and visionary leadership

□ Self-directed and motivated

□ Auto-mobile industry related experience is preferred.

Experience:

□ Experience in production operations

□ Supply Chain Management

□ Kanban system experience

□ Experience in a large or international manufacturing firm

□ Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office)

□ Experience in MRP, ERP system

□ Supervisory and management experience plus
