Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with the overall IT and business objectives.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure it is cost-effective, scalable, and secure.
• Oversee the design and deployment of cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
• Lead cloud security initiatives, including setting up firewalls, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption protocols.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to manage cloud expenses and budgeting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in cloud computing.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cloud infrastructure team members, ensuring professional development and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in cloud security.
• Work collaboratively with software development and IT support teams to support cloud applications and resolve any infrastructure-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Azure.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
