Responsibilities:

• Work with the battery cell manufacturer to ensure the delivery and performance of the product, track the progress of battery cell design and validation

• Responsible to ensure the timely project execution and meet the given milestone

• Responsible to track, implement, optimize and monitor the project progress on cross function department level. Responsible for the battery cell interface among the corresponding department for module, pack and vehicle

• Responsible for exchange meeting invitation, meeting notes and presentation preparation, project status report for stakeholders within China and Germany

• Support cell sample testing, test result analysis and test report reviewing, support exchange meeting between different department within company


Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive battery cell development. Hands on experience on cell design and validation is a plus

• Experienced with MS office

• Acknowledge of quality tool, including APQP, FMEA, and cell test standard

• Deep technical knowledge on battery development for EV application

• Experienced with project management and supplier management

• Experienced with battery product development process

• Self-motivated and team-working spirit

• Language: Skilled with English verbal and written communication.
