Data Analysis 数据分析实习生

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to assist in ensuring the accuracy of data obtained from distribution delivery receipts. The Data Analysis Intern will play a critical role in verifying the integrity of our distribution data and providing insightful analytical reports to support decision-making processes within the company. Directly report to Strategy & Digital Head.

Responsibilities:
• Validate data accuracy by comparing distribution delivery receipts with internal records and identifying any discrepancies.
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing tasks to ensure consistency and reliability of datasets.
• Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to analyze distribution data and extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor analytical reports to meet their needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection processes and data quality standards.
• Document analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business related major or Engineering related major
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, Google sheet, Excel or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data analysis findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience with FMCG industry or related internships is a plus.
资格：
• 目前正在攻读商科，数学，统计等相关专业或工程相关专业；
• 研二或研三的应届生，英语六级或同等以上，具备听说读写能力；
• 熟练使用数据分析工具、Google 表格、Excel 或SQL。
• 强大的分析和解决问题的能力，并且对细节的敏锐关注。
• 出色的沟通技巧，能够以清晰易懂的方式呈现复杂的数据分析结果。
• 能够独立工作以及在团队环境中有效协作。
• 具有FMCG行业或相关数据分析实习经验者优先。
