Major Responsibilities:
1.根据中国国家课程为标准制定的耀华校本课程的要求，以及IGCSE、剑桥A-level或IBDP的教学大纲，认真准备教学计划及课程计划；按时向教学主管提交教学及课程计划及有利于课程学习的相关材料
Carefully prepare the teaching plan and curriculum plan according to the school-based curriculum requirements of Yew Wah formulated according to the national curriculum standards of China and the syllabus of IGCSE, Cambridge a-level or IBDP; Timely submit teaching and course plans and relevant materials conducive to the study of the course to the teaching supervisor;
2.做好教学用具及教学材料的准备工作，通过各种教学方法让学生投入学习，确保学生完成学习任务及目标；
Prepare teaching tools and teaching materials, engage students in learning through various teaching methods, and ensure students to complete learning tasks and objectives;
3.经常与学生家长交流学生学习情况；
Often communicate with parents about students' learning；
4.设计并指导学生作业，并给予有建设性的意见；有效地评估学生；对学生要做到耐心、细致、态度和蔼；
Designed and guided students' homework, and gave constructive Suggestions; Effective student assessment; Be patient, careful and kind to students.
5.与同学科或跨学科的中外籍老师进行良好的教学合作；
Cooperate with Chinese and foreign teachers in the same or interdisciplinary field;
6.关注自身的专业发展；客观地反省自己的教学，促使自己不断进步；
Focus on professional development; Objectively reflect on their own teaching, to promote their continuous progress;
7.在教学及课外活动交流中，为学生树立良好的榜样；
Set a good example for students in teaching and extracurricular activities;
8.根据需要参加教学主管或校长召集的各类会议；
Attend various meetings convened by the teaching supervisor or principal as required;
9.认真完成教学主管或校长安排的其他任务。
Fulfill other tasks assigned by the teaching supervisor or principal.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. 本科以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验，有教师资格证；
Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of relevant work experience, with teacher qualification certificate;
2. 能用中文教学，并能用英文进行教学交流；
Able to teach in Chinese and communicate in English;
3. 热爱教育事业；
Love education;
4. 熟练应用多媒体及计算机办公软件；
Proficient in multimedia and computer office software;
5. 工作严谨、细心、耐心，待人和气，善于合作与沟通；
Rigorous, careful, patient, friendly, good at cooperation and communication;
6. 认同耀华的使命与价值观，并在其中积极努力地工作。
Identify with Yew Wah 's mission and values, and actively work hard in them.
