Dropshipping Seller Account Manager's responsibilities will include:
- Drive Drop shipping sellers grow their businesses.
- Coach sellers to understand Jumia marketplace compliance requirements to accommodate customers' expectations.
- Assist seller to understand market initiatives and drive seller engagement.
- Listen to seller’s pain points and drive for operation excellence to improve seller and customer experience.
- Conduct business analysis, keep tracking key performance and seek growth opportunities.
Who we′re looking for:
1. Bachelor degree or above. More than 1-3 years relevant experience in cross-border ecommerce.
2. Confident & energetic, strong self-motivation and career mind. Drive for problem solving.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast paced working environment.
4. Good communication skills and leadership. Good commercial sense.
5. Fluent oral and written English.
