The Talent Management Manager plays a critical role in the transformational and is responsible for centralizing the talent acquisition function and building the Talent Development framework. This role is a valued member of the Human Resources Team and will develop and execute a talent management strategy for the entire Market according to different target population.
The Talent Manager leads the end-to-end talent acquisition team, including Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Employee Reference Check, and On-boarding. This role is a key influencer and will work closely with senior stakeholders to promote the employee Branding and build up the campus recruitment.

The role cover Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Engagement.
The role will lead field recruitment and the development strategy for all Amplifon employees. You will partner with the China GM, Function Heads and Head of HR to develop both internal and external strategies and practices to enable us to attract, develop and retain the highest calibers of employees for our business.
Job Description岗位职责:
Talent Management (50%)
? Facilitate the Talent Pool across the Organization and to ensure an effective pipeline of local talents to meet business needs.
? Track and follow up closely on Talent Review Action plans (i.e stretch assignment, coaching, mentorship, training, etc) to build a strong pipeline for the China team and to lead and facilitate performance conversations to ensure individuals identified for development are progressing per planned.
? Play a leading role in talent management and succession planning activities. Develop solutions to build talent pipelines (internally and externally) and mechanisms to execute on talent and succession activity.
? Ensure that there are clear links between acquisition of new talent and succession planning processes to grow identified capability, and to ensure retention of talent and continuity of business-critical activity.
Talent Acquisition: (35%)
? Develop and implement a field talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the Amplifon Group workforce strategy and brand positioning.
? Establish standard field recruitment policies and procedures and drive the implementation with KPI matrix.
? Start to develop and study the potential service model for the field talent acquisition team that is aligned to the Amplifon Group capability requirements and supported by best practice capability across people, process, and technology. Ensure that the model is supported by a clearly articulated service catalogue with defined measures of success.
? Source and develop collaborative partnerships with head-hunters, recruitment firms, external institutes, business school and universities to develop an external pipeline of field talents.
? Build the capability of the talent acquisition team by introducing customer driven, relevant technology solutions and processes to support end-to-end strategic sourcing activity, and to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
? Lead the delivery of a seamless on-boarding experience that is aligned to other on-boarding and induction related activities.
? Build a high performing and customer centric culture within the talent acquisition function to drive improved outcomes within the area of accountability, including ensuring effective use of Performance and Career Plans that encompass clear objectives and performance standards to support the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
Employer Branding / Engagement (15%)
? Develop a clearly articulated Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positions Amplifon Group as an employer of choice, and that is communicated through a range of innovative channels to promote personalization, relevancy, and advocacy. Use data and benchmarking to measure success.
? Ensure that the talent team plays a leadership role in proactive sourcing and delivering on the objectives articulated in the Diversity and Inclusion.
Qualifications任职资格/要求:
? Fluent in Chinese and English, know about Chinese culture.
? Relevant qualifications in Human Resources around 8+ years’ experience and supported by relevant experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles.
? Thrive in a fast-paced ecosystem where strong conceptual and problem-solving skills are required. Extensive use of analytical skills, data-based decisions, KPIs definition and management are already today your daily activities.
