岗位职责：
1. 执行销售计划和推广活动，以实现eCall（紧急呼叫/T-box）业务在中国大陆和中国香港地区的销售目标
2. 探索新的业务发展，为汽车市场的销售增长创造新的需求
3. 开发和管理不同的销售项目，并与直接客户建立良好联系
4. 跟进销售业务，提供专业的技术支持和解决方案，满足客户需求
5. 与工程和产品管理团队合作，开发技术指引工具和提案
6. 与客户保持联络，并与工程、生产、采购和客服等职能团队沟通以完成销售业务
7. 编写月度销售报告并进行市场预测和分析
8. 与内部和外部客户建立并保持良好关系和紧密合作
岗位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，电子工程或相关专业
2. 5年业务开发和销售客户管理经验，并从事电子、半导体或电池行业B2B工业市场
3. 具备出色的eCall（紧急呼叫/T-box）业务销售经验，熟悉车载行业电池设计和组装技术的候选人优先考虑
4. 熟悉汽车行业客户和分销网络
5. 良好的团队精神、沟通和人际交往能力
6. 较强的分析思维、商业敏锐和解决问题的能力
7. 以结果为导向，具有良好的工作责任感和诚信度
8. 良好的中英文书写和口语能力
9. 常驻深圳/上海，需偶尔出差到其他省份/城市参加客户会议
