In China, our robust sales network spans both digital and physical realms, encompassing direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale channels. As of the close of 2023, an impressive total of over 530 stores dot the mainland landscape (comprising 65 DTC stores and 469 wholesale establishments), reaching across more than 150 cities. Our esteemed brands, Lee and Wrangler, thrive in the online domain as well, gracing major e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, Vipshop, Dewu, and Red Book. Our strategic presence extends to key cities, such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. Additionally, our Shunde Development Center in Foshan serves as a hub for process and technological innovation.
