Job Description:
1. Assist procurement manager to identify and develop low cost suppliers, focus on new supplier sourcing, qualification, price negotiation and vendor management.
2. Lead sourcing engineer team for structured parts/machining commodities/circuit board(FPC&PCB)/EE parts, etc.
3. Carry out all purchasing issues for material purchasing, supplier selection, quotation analysis, purchasing contract negotiation, sample/small batch orders.
4. Keep update on competiveness of current and potential suppliers, internal communication with planning, RD, production, QC and Engineering dept. to get supplier relative issues resolved.
5. Lead team to meet other KPI targets.
Candidate requirements:
Experience 经验
Minimum 5 years similar working experience in multi-national manufacturing company and management team
Knowledge 知识
Basic knowledge of ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001/IATF16949, good product knowledge of plastic injection/inser-molding/CNC/FPC/PCB and so on.

Qualifications 资质
College degree or above, mechanical background is preferred.
