职位详情
1.负责转接总机电话，接待来访客人，收发传真、信件和报刊；
2. 安排会议室及差旅预定；协助组织、协调公司年会、员工活动及各类会议。
3. 负责公司整体卫生的清洁，与保洁人员的沟通、管理工作，与物业沟通与协调。
4. 日常行政事务工作，保证公司信息通讯顺畅，为公司提供一定的后勤保障工作。
5. 完成部门经理交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，英语良好；
2. 1-2年大型企业前台工作经验或大型酒店前厅接待经验者优先；
3. 形象好气质佳；
4. 待人接物诚恳有礼，有良好的电话接听礼仪和话术；
5. 良好的沟通能力及执行能力；
6. 有责任感、踏实努力。
