Seller Operation Specialist's responsibilities will include:
- Assist sellers to understand marketplace standards as well as Jumia customers' expectations
- Support sellers to tackle operational issue and pain points
- Collect “Voice of Seller” to improve the process and develop FAQ and user guide for sellers
- Work closely with Operation team and Account Managers to smooth sellers’ end to end experience

Who we′re looking for:
- 1-3 years successful track records of seller management experience in cross border E-commerce industry;
- Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams;
- Careful and composed, willing to delve into case studies. Experience in project management is preferred
- Proficiency in oral and written English;
- Proficient in Data analysis (Excel and/or other data analysis tools);
- Bachelor degree or above.
