Overall responsibilities and duties:
_ The role of a Program Quality YG is the backup for the program quality leader and the trainee of the program quality management. The program Quality YG need focus on the SR, PQA, 8QB, CP and the impletement status on shop floor. Study the Fovia PMS, WP, AMS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PDCA.
项目质量管培生是项目质量主管的后备力量，也是项目质量管理体系的受培训者。主要的职责有：关注安全/法规要求，过程认证审核，8个质量基础，控制计划以及现场的执行状况。学习佛瑞亚项目管理体系，工作包，报警管理系统，先期质量策划，生产件批准程序，过程失效模式分析，测量系统分析，统计过程控制，戴明环。
The main missions of the role are:
o 8QB audit on shopfloor and tracking the convergance plan 现场观察8QB的实际执行，定期审核跟踪收敛计划
o Confirm the SR requirement and impletement for the new program确认新项目安全特性的需求以及现场执行状况
o New Program PQA audit together with PQM and follow the action plan 和项目质量经理一起进行PQA审核并跟踪行动计划
o Clear and summary all the customer complains of the new program and confirm the action plan impletment.了解新项目所有客户端问题并汇总，确认客户问题行动计划现场执行装状况并汇报
o Confirm the control method which defined on control plan and learn all the standard work on shopfloor 现场确认所有标准化作业以及在控制计划中定义的控制方法是否在指导书中定义并在有效执行
o Learn all the process of CWS and frame学习所有的舒适系统以及座椅骨架的生产工艺
o Understand all the Quality control method on shop floor清楚所有在现场执行的质量控制方法并能独立操作
o Effective communication with all program core team member and production team and team work 和所有项目核心团队成员以及生产团队有效沟通。
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management Rules and Regulations ValuesEmployee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: _ _ _Bachelor Degree or above, Professional English
Experience :
o Mechanical or English major 机械或者英语专业
Skills and competencies
o English level：Fluent in English, daily communication with English英语水平：英语流利，日常交流可以使用英语

Faurecia (Jiaxing) Automotive Industrial Park, established in September 2022, is affiliated to Faurecia Group, France. The factory currently covers an area of 70,000 square meters with 900 employees. Our main customers are from both traditional auto maker and new electric auto brand.
