YOUR ROLE

* As team member of local lifecycle management (LCM) team, to support employee daily operational tasks and cooperate with shared service center team on continuous improvement initiatives.

* Deliver local service to employees on LCM topics which is not yet covered by shared service center.

* Steer vendors’ management, make sure the good service and high standard for the social insurance, work permit & visa application.

* HR Governance & Governmental affairs: facilitate company and employee’s legitimate benefits and maintain the good relationship with local governmental officer, integrate compliance and business objective and drive overall compliance requirements.

* Participate and contribute to HR operation transformation initiatives.

* Principal Accountabilities
* Support on daily local LCM tasks.  40%

* Projects, operational process optimization.  30%

* Local data maintenance for payroll.  20%

* Other tasks assigned by supervisor and HR cross team projects.  10%

YOUR SKILLS

* Bachelor degree in Human Resource or other related fields.

* Language: Fluent in English & Workable in Japanese or Korean.

* 3-5 year working experience.

* Proficiency in computer knowledge of MS office.

* Ability to implement data analysis.
