Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for Intern candidates sourcing, initial screening and interview arrangement; and Interns daily management.
2、Support onboarding and separation process efficiently.
3、Maintain the employee database and employee folder accurately and timely.
4、Other ad hoc work assigned.
Requirements:
1、Education:Bachelor or above; major in HR or Business management is preferred.
2、At least 2-3 days per week, can last 3 months.
3、High degree of integrity and confidentiality; be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
4、Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
5、Good English writing and speaking skills will be preferred.
6、HR internship experience is preferred.
