负责江苏区域的业务开发

岗位职责:

1、To work out sales strategy and complete sales target in the specific region 制定销售策略,完成指定区域的销售目标

2、Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis;每月例行监控区域内的客户的应收账款

3、Monthly meetings with sales team 每月与销售团队开月度销售会议

4、Finish and archive Meeting minutes of monthly meeting 完成销售月会的会议记录,文件归档

5、Planning and controlling of sales turnover, GP and KPI计划和控制销售额,毛利和KPI

6、Ride along with the sales team 与销售团队一起拜访客户

7、Pipeline checking and controlling of the sales team 销售团队的Pipeline检查和控制

8、GPS tracking and controlling GPS追踪和控制

9、Take effective measures to manage customers at risk 采取有效行动管理即将失去的客户

10、Be responsible for dead and obsolete stock controlling and follow up 控制死库存和呆滞物料,采取跟进行动

11、Collection days control and follow up 回款的账期控制和跟进

12、Reimbursement checking and approval of assigned sales team 负责所管辖销售团队的费用报销检查和审批

13、Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作


岗位要求:

1、College degree or above大专及以上学历

2、Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the industrial sector 至少5年以上工业领域的直销工作经验

3、Explore and develop relevant business in your region 探索和开发所在区域的相关业务

4、Good management skills and team work spirit with the ability to encourage sales team to finish aggressive sales targets 良好的管理技巧和团队合作精神,能够鼓励销售团队完成雄心勃勃的销售目标

5、Must have trackable working experiences and excellent working performance in project based sales/account management/project management必须在项目型销售/大客户管理/项目管理领域内有可追溯的工作经验和优秀的工作业绩

6、Good written and oral English skill 良好的英语口语及书面语能力

7、Good public speech skill 良好的公开演讲能力

8、Be skillful at MS office, including Excel & PPT掌握微软办公软件,包括Excel & PPT

9、Good management skills and team work spirit, experience to encourage sales team to finish aggressive sales target 良好的管理技巧及团队合作精神,有鼓励销售团队成员完成销售目标的经验

10、Excellent communications skills良好的沟通技巧

11、Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
