WHAT WE NEED :
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (primary WeChat, RED, Weibo, Douyin) and analytics tools.
- Experience in influencer leaderships and overseeing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with a history of interacting with high-level executives.
- Proven track record in cultivating high-level contacts and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Proactive and strategic in anticipating business needs and driving results in a dynamic environment.
IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL :
- Oversee the Content & Media department, managing account managers, copywriters, and designers to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
- Develop and refine the agency’s social media practices and initiatives, focusing on innovation and profitability.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage the financial performance of the social media practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring your team in best practices and professional development.
- Serve as a key executive leader, contributing to agency strategy and representing the Content & Media practice within the industry.
