岗位职责：
1、参与集团战略决策，能够深刻理解企业服务领域的战略意图，站在集团战略高度制定人力资源策略、人力资源规划。
2、洞察企业服务市场的人才情况，采取多种方式为集团引进优秀人才。企业梯队人才的建设，对招聘计划、薪酬福利制度、绩效管理、培训、员工关系等方面进行统筹管理。
3、认同并践行公司使命、愿景、价值观，根据企业发展需要及内部实际情况，以公司文化为核心，制定培训制度及计划并组织实施，开展各项团队文化建设活动，搭建良性的文化氛围。
4、熟悉企业服务领域的业务，参与设计公司业务流程，设计组织结构及岗位职责、评价及完善，人员定岗定编、激励分配政策、人才政策等，为业务赋能。
5、强烈的“业务感”，找准业务和组织中存在的问题，定期向公司高层管理团队提供有关人力资源、组织建设等方面的建议，为公司重大决策提供支持。
6、组织团队做好基础人事工作。
岗位要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、企业管理等相关专业优先，8 年及以上人力资源经验，5 年及以上集团型人力资源团队的全面管理经验。
2、擅长企业绩效管理建设，招聘工作开展与管理，通晓劳动法、熟悉重庆市及多地区人事管理政策和法律法规，有一定的企业经营管理经验，能够独立分析市场环境，合理调整组织机构、人员机构和工资福利待遇；
3、具有战略、策略化思维，有能力建立、整合不同的工作团队；
4、 具有亲和力，有解决复杂问题的能力，很强的原则性、计划性
和实施执行的能力，熟悉目标管理和计划管理；
5、熟悉数据分析，擅用工具，有较强的写作能力及统筹规划能力。
