As Product /Service Senior Manager your main accountabilities are the following:

• Manage Product /Service Management team to make sure AIL-SH has the top level quality on product /service definition as output from PSM team;

• Lead the team to deeply dive into details for critical product /service definition & customer performance definition for leading /important project;

• Align with global Product Planning & Service Management Teams on product /service definition from both Renault & Nissan side, take lead for China specific product & services;

• Co-work with Project Management team & Engineering team on project execution by feeding in high quality product /service definition;

• Taking input of market trends & customer requirements as well as competitor benchmark from Market Insights team and translate it into product /service definition;

• Contributing to the creation of connected services strategic analysis and vision needed for Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi to achieve world-class competitiveness in particular in China

• Creating the detailed solutions and business models to new connected services request and existing connected services modification from internal stakeholders

• Specifying, aggregating detailed and exhaustive connected services customer requirements into Services Customer Requirements resulting from the connected services vision and the new connected services requests and communicating them to all contributing systems

• Contributing to specifying connected services enablers roadmap and communicating it to all contributing systems

• Identifying and sourcing 3rd party services vendors

• Securing and tracing legal compliance of specified connected services
Overall role: Owns the vision and definition of the products and services in alignment with business strategic objectives
Overall responsibility: Ensure that product content is properly developed by team. Manage a backlog of features including prioritization. Assess Product Quality by testing released product increments.
Overall competency: Experience in the relevant business of the product and services that you will be responsible for. Experience in Agile projects (Kanban, Backlog, Scrum ceremonies,…)
Role

You will be the subject matter expert who defines implements and optimizes the user's journey. You are able to understand and translate the consumer needs into substantial product evolutions. The role includes communication and collaboration with teams, and involves challenging problem solving related tasks. The role includes product quality assessments: you will be responsible to check that delivered components are stable and documented.
Key responsibilities

• Lead PSM (Product Service Management) team with 4+ reporting PSM (Product Service Manager), each PSM will take lead on 1~2 vehicle project feature /service definition;

• Own end-to-end product or feature cycle

• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends

• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps

• Manage the feature backlog according to priorities, planning and roadmaps

• Technical and functional Documentation for external users

• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing

• Connected Services Strategic analysis and connected services roadmaps

• Specification of the services customer requirements

• Business models per services

• Ecosystem identification and sourcing of 3rd party content

• Legal compliance of specified services

• Services documentations for multiple internal stakeholders such as product planning and sales and marketing

• Services progress status and services readiness

• Feasibility studies

• 8+ year experience on product /service definition from automobile industry (OEM preferred, tier-1 supplier is good too)

• 8+ year experience on connected car field on product /service definition
