职位概述
This position is responsible for automotive passive safety components and vision and perception components (eg: lighting device, mirror, glass, safety belt, child car seat etc.) homologation and test project in Greater China, which it includes but not limited to project management, business development, planning and its execution, operation and quality control.
岗位职责
1. Project focus [60%]
• Manage and handle automotive general safety components homologation and test projects
2. Business [15%]
• Promote TÜV SÜD Automotive services under responsibility
• Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients;
• Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target;
• Act as key account specialist for key clients;
• Responsible for business development of certain product scope, contains price strategy, partner cooperation agreement, promotion etc;
• Identify and maintain the test laboratories as our business partner;
• Collect and deliver the market information of competitors, new service, share etc;
• Collaborate with colleagues in other department and TÜV SÜD IC companies to promote the service
3. Competence [15%]
• Develop and extend the local competence and scope to achieve the net sales target
• Act as technical process owner for certain product scope, optimize related technical process, test protocol, test report template etc;
• Communicate with experts in other TUEV SUED IC company to extend the knowledge;
• Deeply study in responsible product scope to develop our technical advantage compared with competitors
• Experience organizing and sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis;
• Follow the business line operational procedure
• Implement the training course under the Business Line’s plan and assignment;
4. Others [10%]
• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager
任职条件
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field ;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in automotive TIC market or automotive vision and perception vision product industry;
3. Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven;
4. Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills to establish positive relations;
5. Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills;
6. Alternatively sales, marketing, business development work experience in the automotive industry;
7. Be fluent and skillful in spoken and written English, minimum CET4.
