岗位职责：
1.图纸质量管控， 利用专业经验审核设计院机电施工图，施工单位机电深化图，精装
二次机电设计图，其他专项设计图等，把控设计深度、设计准确性 包含 BIM) 、成本
合理性、施工可行性，并提出合理化建议。
2.施工现场巡检， 对机电施工现场质量进行巡查并提出整改意见，及时了解现场工程
进度、技术安排，完成现场交底，变更洽商审批、图纸下发，重要事项的现场见证，
现场调试及验收，解决现场发生的问题等。
3.工程及设备招标， 完成机电相关的工程、设备招标，包括前期专项调研、对比分析，
组织顾问及设计单位高质量的完成技术规格书、招标图，完成技术清标、技术答疑、
技术评标等工作。
4.专业 及 部门 配合， 对建筑、精装、景观、幕墙等专业机电条件及需求进行配合，对
运营、前期、工程、成本、推广等部门的机电交界面、机电条件需求、机电可行性分
析、推广 材料等进行配合。
5.其他工作， 协助机电负责人管理相关顾问、设计院，编排机电计划，独立完成暖通
相关专项设计或研究，并可独立汇报。对机电资料进行妥善管理，完成领导交代的其
他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.学历 要求， 统招本科及以上学历，暖通相关专业，中级以上职称，注册设备工程师
优先 。
2.经验 要求， 具有 5 年以上大型设计院机电设计经验， 5 年以上房地产企业机电设计
管理或工程管理工作经验（有商业综合体经验 。
3.能力要求， 具备机电专业领域工作统筹，精装深化设计阶段，施工安装阶段设计审
核的能力； 熟悉暖通、给排水、电气等设计基础理论 ，熟悉机电设备安装施工、验收
规范，了解施工审批的相关手续和流程，熟练运用专业知识及技能处理具体问题 。
4.品质 要求， 具备优秀的沟通能力，具备抗压能力，责任心强，工作踏实，能吃苦耐
劳 。
5.技能 要求， 熟练掌握 WORD 、 EXCEL 、 POWERPOINT 等办公软件， CAD 绘图软件
及 BIM 等相关专业设计软件。
