Major Responsibility

1. Responsible for the management and implementation of EHS, fire protection, special equipment and factory affairs.

2. Make reasonable suggestions to management according to laws and regulations, applicable standards, group and company requirements, and constantly improve the company's EHS and plant management regulations.

根据法律法规、适用标准、集团和公司等要求，向管理层提出合理化建议，不断完善公司EHS和厂务管理的相关规定。

3. According to relevant requirements, implement EHS regular audits, supervision checking, daily checking and ensure the implementation of action items.

按照相关要求，实施EHS定期的审核、监督检查、日常检查以及确保行动项的执行。

4. Provide necessary support and training to the management team and other departments equipment to equip them with EHS management and technical competence commensurate with their responsibilities.

向管理层及其他部门提供必要的支持和培训，使管理层及其他部门具备与其职责相匹配的EHS管理与技术能力。

5. Maintain and improve the management system, operation procedures and other systems of plant facilities and equipment, and complete the corresponding work and records according to the requirements.

维护和完善厂务设施设备的管理制度、操作规程等制度，并按要求完成相应工作和记录。

6. Maintain, troubleshooting and repair factory facilities and equipment in accordance with laws and regulations and company management documents to ensure the normal operation of the company's office, production and training.

按照法律法规、公司管理文件维护、排故、维修厂务设施设备，保障公司办公、生产、培训等正常运转的需要。

7. Responsible for planning and realization of new projects in building / facility areas.

负责建筑/设施领域新项目的规划和实施。

8. Responsible for the 5S activities in EHS and facility.

负责EHS和厂务等范围的5S管理。

9. Preparation, maintenance and archive of relevant documents such as preventive maintenance plan, audit documents, government documents, CAD drawings.

准备、维护和存档相关文件，如预防性维修计划，审计文件，政府文件，CAD图纸。

10. Other tasks assigned by the leaders.

领导交办的其他任务。

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related majors.

工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS and/or Facility area in manufacturing company.

至少5年制造企业EHS和/或厂务管理经验。

3. Good knowledge and skilles in Project Management, MS Office, AutoCAD.

良好的项目管理、MS Office以及AutoCAD知识储备和能力。

4. basic skills in oral and written English.

基本的英文读写说能力。

5. Initiative, team oriented and good communicative personality. Structured and target oriented thinking and acting.
